We ensure to choose the healthiest plants while shipping. Once a plant is delivered to you it is beyond our control, and we can not be responsible for a plant's behavior.
All plants go through a transit stress and acclimation period after being delivered and during major season changes. Some leaves might turn yellow or brown, plants might drop some leaves during these periods or a few stems might get dried.
Make sure your plant is not placed near a Heat or AC source. It is best to keep consistent room temperature throughout the seasons and not turn on AC or Heater.
Pot the plant as soon as possible, if you didn’t get a potted plant. Don’t put it under direct sunlight immediately, slowly introduce it to light.
