At Beautyandgreens.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with secure packaging and timely service.

We offer free shipping on orders above Rs 1000. Orders below Rs 1000 attract a flat shipping charge of Rs 80.

• Orders are shipped throughout the week, except on Sundays and certain public holidays.
• We work with reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and within the estimated timeframe.
• In locations where courier services are unavailable, we ship via India Post.
• All orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 2 to 7 working days after payment confirmation.
• Most deliveries are completed within 3 to 10 working days from the date of order placement.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared to your registered email and WhatsApp number.

Our aim is to provide a smooth shopping experience and build long-term relationships with our customers.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on any products.

However, if you receive an incorrect item or your order is incomplete, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. A complete unboxing video is required as proof to process your request. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund, as applicable.

Please note that all such concerns must be communicated through WhatsApp, and action will be taken only after proper correspondence.
