Shipping Policy

At Beautyandgreens.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with secure packaging and timely service.

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1499. For orders below ₹1499, shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

The exact shipping charge for your location will be shown automatically when you enter your PIN code at checkout.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared to your registered email and WhatsApp number.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns: After dispatch, no cancellations or returns are accepted. We take great care in packing and quality-checking every order before it leaves our warehouse.

Wrong or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. A complete unboxing video is mandatory as proof to process your request. After reviewing, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund as applicable.

How to Raise a Concern: WhatsApp us at +917013991067 with your Order ID and unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery. All concerns must be communicated via WhatsApp and action will be taken only after proper correspondence.

Undelivered & Returned Parcels (RTO)

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they are available to receive the parcel at the delivery address provided at the time of ordering. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and that you are reachable during the delivery attempt.

Courier Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the buyer is unavailable at the address or does not respond to calls during all attempts, the parcel will be marked as undeliverable and returned to our origin warehouse. This process is entirely managed by the courier company and is beyond our control.

Parcel Rejection: If a buyer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery for any reason, it will be treated as a returned order.

Shipping Charges for Returned Orders: In all cases where the parcel is returned to origin — whether due to buyer unavailability, incorrect address, unanswered calls, or deliberate rejection — the buyer will be responsible for bearing both:

Beauty & Greens will not bear any shipping costs in such cases. These charges will be deducted from the order amount before any refund is processed, or the buyer will be required to pay them separately before re-dispatch.

Perishable Products: For orders containing seeds, live plants, or other perishable goods that are returned to origin — the condition of the products upon return cannot be guaranteed. If such products are found to be damaged, dried out, or otherwise unsellable upon inspection at our warehouse, no refund will be issued for those products. This is because the deterioration is a direct result of the delay caused by non-delivery and is solely the buyer's responsibility.

We strongly advise all customers to ensure their delivery details are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel promptly.
