Yellow Multipetal Gaillardia (Gaillardia × grandiflora) produces large, fully double, sunny yellow flowers with the characteristic gaillardia structure — a tightly packed pompom of petals in warm golden yellow. Also called Blanket Flower, gaillardia is one of the longest-blooming and most drought-resistant flowers for Indian gardens. Known as Kokarda (Hindi: कोकार्डा) and Blanket Flower, Gaillardia blooms continuously for months with minimal care. The multipetal form produces extra-full, lush-looking flowers. Excellent for hot, dry borders where other flowers struggle.
