White Round Brinjal (Solanum melongena) is a beautiful and unusual variety producing round, ivory-white fruits with mild, slightly sweet flesh and very few seeds. White brinjal has a more delicate flavour than dark varieties — excellent for curries, stir-fries, and stuffed preparations where a mild taste is preferred.
