The Dorset Naga Chilli (Capsicum chinense) is one of the world's most extreme chillies, measuring over 1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units — hotter than most commercial pepper sprays. Originating from the Naga/Nagaland chilli of Northeast India and developed further in the UK, it produces small, wrinkled, irregular-shaped fruits with an extraordinary fruity heat.
