The White Kanthari Chilli (Capsicum frutescens), also known as Sky Chilli or Bird's Eye Chilli, is a small but intensely fiery variety treasured across South India and Kerala in particular. The small, creamy-white fruits grow upright on the plant, turning ivory to pale yellow at maturity. Despite their tiny size, these chillies pack extraordinary heat. It is celebrated as Kanthari Mulaku (Malayalam: കാന്താരി മുളക്), Natu Mirapa (Telugu: నాటు మిరప), Kodi Milagai (Tamil: கோடி மிளகாய்), Kaadu Menasu (Kannada: ಕಾಡು ಮೆಣಸು), and Kandhari Mirch (Hindi: कंधारी मिर्च). Known in English as White Bird's Eye Chilli or Sky Chilli.
