The Yellow Chilli Pepper (Capsicum annuum) is a bright, medium-heat variety producing smooth, elongated yellow fruits with a pleasant tangy flavour and vibrant colour. Excellent for fresh use in salads, pickling in vinegar, and South Indian mixed chilli powders. The plant is productive and ornamental with its cheerful yellow fruits. Known as Peeli Mirch (Hindi: पीली मिर्च), Pindi Mirapakaya (Telugu: పిండి మిరపకాయ), and Yellow Milagai (Tamil: மஞ்சள் மிளகாய்), this variety adds colour to both the garden and the kitchen. Ideal for making yellow chilli pickle and mixed-colour chilli blends.
